It was a great hotel, nesteled in a historic building. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was yummy to satisfy everyone. The rooms were absolutely stunning and exceptionally nice equipped with a handsome cooked breakfast, big comfy bed, for example.

    clean rooms
    delicious breakfast
    great service
    limited parking

We visited the local theater and the canal nearby. The rooms were super clean, and the views were fine. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was great, thanks to the lovely staff. It's a perfect spot for groups looking to relax and explore the area!

We struggled a bit with parking, as it can be limited, especially for larger vehicles. It would be helpful to plan ahead.

    really good hospitality
    high-quality bedding
    limited dining options
    noisy surroundings
    insufficient parking

The stay showcased really good hospitality, particularly from our host who was genuinely warm and cute, enriching our experience. The en-suite double room was impeccably clean with high-quality bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious locally sourced ingredients, especially the standout scrambled eggs and amazing Sicilian cunzato bread. Unfortunately, while the surroundings were pleasant, there could be more variety in nearby dining options.

    Super comfy stay!

The room was super cozy, and the mattress was so good, I considered swapping mine at home! Gail was so friendly and cooked up a yummy full English. The location is spot on, just a quick walk to town. Only thing is, the parking's a bit tight, kinda tricky for bigger cars.

    spacious room
    delicious breakfast
    unique decor
    slight noise

We had a lovely time during our four-night stay, enjoying the spacious en-suite room and the amazing Welsh breakfast each morning. The cozy reading nook was perfect for unwinding, while the unique decor really added to the charm of the place. The only downside was a slight noise from the hallway, but it didn’t bother us at all, so definitely give this gem a try! 😊

    Couldn't recommend more for a whistle-stop

Cozy room, good breakfast, perfect location. We appreciated the freshly decorated interiors and the small off-site car park that fit our compact vehicle during our two-night stay.

Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

Gail greeted me warmly upon arrival, instantly making me feel at home. The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities that worked perfectly. I loved the cozy decor and the comfort of the bed. Breakfast every morning was a delight, particularly those locally sourced sausages and the variety of options available. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the guesthouse and the helpful local recommendations from Gail. The only downside was the parking. It felt a bit tight and could be challenging for larger vehicles. My stay was fantastic, and I cherished the atmosphere.
